Hilary Duff was definitely a favorite growing up. Playing Lizzie McGuire as well as Sam in Cinderella Story, Duff was the perfect role model for any girl. Although we haven't seen any big projects from Hillary Duff (she did release a music video not too long ago), she is still blowing up the media, this time for her immaculate style. Her laid back and edginess is great for recreating any outfits especially on a budget!
